Yes. You can modify your booking up to 3 days before your activity.

For example, you can easily adjust the number of participants.

If some participants cannot attend, we convert their activity into a voucher that you can use later.

No. Activities usually take place even in rainy weather.

Outdoor activities in the Ardennes remain enjoyable in most weather conditions.

However, if the weather becomes dangerous, such as during a storm or severe thunderstorm, we cancel the activity free of charge.

If your group arrives late, the playing time of your activity will be reduced.

We operate with a precise schedule so that every group can enjoy their session.

Therefore, we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your activity.

We recommend that you book your activity as early as possible, especially for weekends or during the peak tourist season.

However, last-minute bookings are sometimes possible depending on availability.

Yes. The park can be privatised for events such as:

• birthdays

• bachelor or bachelorette parties

• team-building activities

• private group events

For these events, we recommend booking several months in advance.

The park is located in Malmedy, in the Belgian Ardennes.

It is situated:

As a result, the park is easily accessible from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.

Activ Park Malmedy is open all year round, seven days a week.

However, activities take place only with a reservation.

Opening hours may vary slightly depending on the season and daylight conditions.

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your activity.

To ensure smooth organisation, please avoid arriving more than 15 minutes early.

A free parking area is available directly next to the park.

This allows you to park easily before starting your activity.

Currently, there are no electric vehicle charging stations on site.

Yes. Spectators and accompanying persons can watch the activities free of charge.

Terraces and viewing areas allow visitors to comfortably observe the games.

We recommend groups of at least 6 participants to fully enjoy the experience.

For groups with fewer than 10 participants, a fixed price may apply.

Yes. Special rates are available for groups of 10 people or more.

These offers are ideal for:

Yes. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

This ensures that the group can be supervised during the activity and breaks.

We recommend sports clothing adapted to the weather and closed shoes.

Depending on the activity:

• paintball → durable clothing and solid shoes

• bubble soccer / human foosball → clean sports shoes

• shooting activities → comfortable clothing

You may bring your own lunch or snack.

However, outside drinks are not allowed.
Our bar offers a selection of drinks at affordable prices.

Nevertheless, after the activity you may enjoy a limited selection of beers available on site.

Yes. The park has separate sanitary facilities for men and women.

However, there are no showers.

Yes. Dogs are welcome as long as they remain on a leash and are used to noise.

Please also make sure to clean up after them.

Yes. Lockers are available to store personal belongings.

However, we recommend keeping valuable items with you.

Yes. The park uses security cameras to ensure safety.
